How do I report a bug or issue?
If you're experiencing glitches or bugs in the app, first make sure you update Lex to the latest version in the Google Play or App Store. A quick way to do this is to delete and reinstall Lex, but you can also visit your account settings and tap "Check for updates".
If the problem is not resolved in the newer version of the app, there are three ways to report a bug to our team. When you do, please help us out by writing a brief description of what you expected to happen and what you experienced.
Here's how to submit a bug report:
- You can shake your device vigorously while you're in the app to report the issue
- If you disabled the shake-to-report feature or aren't able to shake your device, you can visit your account settings and tap 'Report an issue'
- You can write an email to email@example.com with your username, a description of the issue you're experiencing, and if possible, screenshots of any error messages you might be receiving or other useful information.
