I can't download Lex

If you visit your device’s app store and it says that Lex isn’t available to download, it could be for a few reasons:

1. Lex isn’t available in your country
2. You need to update your device
3. You’re low on storage and don’t have room to download Lex
4. Your device model is not supported

To troubleshoot, please try updating your device and deleting another app or two to make room for Lex. If you’re still having issues downloading the app, please send us an email to support@thisislex.app and in your email, tell us:

• the country you’re located in
• the device you’re using
• the version of the operating system your device is on (you should be able to find this in your device’s settings)

And we'll do our best to help you troubleshoot further.
