Why can’t I upload a photo?
Experiencing issues uploading a photo to your profile? Try these troubleshooting tips:
- Quit and reopen Lex
- Visit your account settings and tap ‘Check for updates’ to make sure you’re on the latest version of the app
- If that’s not helping, it’s worth restarting your device, too.
If the issue persists, report this bug by either vigorously shaking your device or going to your Account Settings and tapping ‘Report an issue’. Alternatively, send us an email to email@example.com with your phone number, username, and a description of the troubleshooting steps you’ve already taken.
