My messages with someone now say "User not found". Is it a bug?

If you were messaging someone and the chat now says "User not found" and can no longer be continued, it's likely due to one of these options:

• The person has deleted or temporarily deactivated their account
• You have been blocked by the person
• The person's account has been banned by our moderators

For privacy reasons, we won't be able to provide you with the exact reason. If you'd like to remove this conversation from you inbox, you can do it one of two ways: 

1. When viewing your inbox, swipe right to left on the chat until you see "Remove"
2. Open the chat, and tap "Remove chat"
