What happens when I report someone?

When you submit a report in Lex, our team reviews it and decides if that person should be banned based on the content of your report. If enough reports are submitted about someone, they will be automatically banned from Lex until our team reviews their account. The individual you report does not receive any indication that they have been reported by you, and our team will never share personal details about who reported them.

If someone is reported because of a concern about self injurious behavior, those reports will not lead to them getting banned, but will instead prompt our support team to get in touch with them.

Thank you for helping keep Lex safe!
